Norbert Bolz is Professor of Media Studies at Technische Universität Berlin, Germany. He is well-known for his research on mass media and communications theories. At this year’s ONLINE EDUCA BERLIN he addressed the massive shifts our society is experiencing at the moment and how young people in particular are dealing with these changes.
