Call for Proposals
Whether you are developing an educational app, upskilling your workforce, drafting local, national or international policy, determining the effect of serious games or networked learning, using data to predict learning trends, co-creating the education ecosystem, researching the impact of portfolios or learning from a successful MOOC, ONLINE EDUCA BERLIN’s well-connected, international audience wants to hear about it!
Click through the format descriptions below and submit your proposal online before June 2nd, 2014.
The online forms can also be reached by using this link.
The content selection process will be overseen by the Conference Steering Committee and the Conference Advisory Committee.
The quality of proposals is defined by their relevance to the themes of the conference, the extent to which they are grounded and supported by clear reasoning, their conceptual clarity and their evidence and references. Proposals should also be directed towards a target audience and have a strong participatory focus (e.g. concentrate on engaging participants, promote collaboration and provide knowledge about [free] tools and resources).
Please note that the expertise of those submitting proposals, whether or not the proposal has been included in the agenda of previous years' conferences and the practicalities of including the proposal within the conference format are also taken into consideration.
Applicants should also be aware that, if accepted, they will need to register for the two-day ONLINE EDUCA BERLIN conference (excluding pre-conference workshops and /or associated events). Accepted speakers will be eligible for a significantly reduced conference registration fee.
Accepted applicants will be notified in August.
