Web 2.0, focussing on how terrorist and extremist groups have used new
skills and web-based technologies to boost training, fundraising,
recruitment and the dissemination of propaganda. It will also cover the
issue of state-sponsored cyber terrorism and examine the development of
new counter-measures.
