Dr Monika Weber-Fahr serves as the Global Business Line Leader for Sustainable Business Advisory Services in the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and manages its Sustainable Business Advisory Department.
IFC's Sustainable Business Advisory teams work with companies to adopt environmental, social and governance practices and technologies that make them more productive, inclusive and profitable. Monika focuses in particular on IFC-wide quality assurance, knowledge management and cross-regional collaboration in these areas.
Over the past 15 years, Monika has worked in strategy development, innovation and organizational change in IFC, the World Bank and with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), often with a focus on energy-related topics.
