Jack Wills

Jack is currently the Chair of the UK steering group of EPICT, the international teacher CPD qualification and the Honorary Vice President of the British Institute for Learning and Development (BILD). He is also a Teacher of English as a Foreign Language and is a regular speaker and chair at international educational and L&D conferences.

Jack leads the educational business development team at MASS, where he specialises in educational systems integration and technology. He also leads the MASS initiatives on educator CPD events in the UK and our educational systems integration efforts in the Middle East.

Jack Wills has been a Learning and Development (L&D) practitioner and specialist for over 30 years. He had a successful first career as an officer in the Army, where he finished his service teaching at the Army Staff College.

In 1989 he left and founded what was to become the TADS Group, a successful Learning & Development technology group of companies. In 2006 he disposed of the Group and concentrated on consultancy in educational technology and other international Learning & Development projects.

Jack is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) and a Fellow of the British Institute for Learning and Development (FBILD).
