With a background in software development and training, in education and in sales, Stephen established the informatology L&D Forum in 2003, a vibrant community for staff development professionals, providing innovative and dynamic opportunities for face2face peer-learning. The Forum presents Conferences on L&D Strategy and L&D Technology themes in London, England featuring world-class keynotes, experienced practitioners and solution-consultants, with a key focus on interactions with fellow delegates.
Starting in 2008 the Forum presents Raids across the UK (visits to training departments in other sectors) with the aim of helping raiders gain real knowledge from Living Case Studies.
