Fabrizio Cardinali

Cardinali is the Chair of ELIG (European Learning Industry Group) and CEO of eXact learning solutions NA, a leading provider of Online and Mobile Learning Content Management and Digital Repository Solutions, engaged in many EU RD Projects and large academic and governmental initiatives worldwide. One of Europe’s main experts on TEL (Technology Enhanced Learning) trends and innovations, Cardinali is author of numerous papers in international journals and keynote speaker in main international conferences on the future of technology enhanced learning and epublishing. He has held official roles in many international eLearning Open Standards organizations (e.g., former Board of Directors of IMS Global Learning Consortium, Global Strategy Advisor of MIT‟s Open Knowledge Initiative and co-writer and reviewer of ADL’s SCORM specifications). He regularly serves within EU Commission expert groups defining strategy plans towards the uptake of learning technologies for the advancement of the knowledge society
