Inge de Waard is the e-learning coordinator and researcher at the Institute of Tropical Medicine Antwerpen (ITM), Belgium. Inge is above all an informal learner, so talk to her, she is always eager to share knowledge and experiences. She is an e-learning expert with a keen interest in social and mobile media. Her job involves change management within the company, developing courses and implementing e-learning in different settings. Working mostly with partners from developing countries she is involved in low resource mobile learning projects in different low resource regions throughout the world.
