Amanda Hardy is an instructional designer at Coventry University and works with lecturers to design online curriculum and implement e-learning. She has been working with lecture capture for several years and has focused particularly on its teaching and learning aspects as well as the pedagogic issues around it. She has been involved with staff development for lecture capture and worked jointly on several funded projects to develop resources and workshops to support lecturers and other staff who are adopting the technology.
