After 14 years at Deutsche Bank, of which the last seven years as Chief Learning Officer and Global Head of HR Development, Martin set up his own consulting practice in 2008. He advises multi-nationals and non-profits on corporate transformation, excellence in HR management, and on all aspects of learning, leadership development and talent management in a globalizing and knowledge-based world. He combines intellectual rigour with practical experience and a sense of pragmatism.
Martin is past and present member of advisory councils at major Business Schools and HR think tanks and a frequent speaker on talent management issues. He is an executive advisor to EFMD. He lives with his family in Frankfurt, Germany.
