Winfried Albrink

Winfried Albrink is Head of Learning Management, Henkel AG & Co KGaA, Germany.After completing his studies in electrical engineering, he worked for three years in an engineering company. In 1983, he moved to Henkel, Düsseldorf, where he was responsible for measurement and control technology in the area of process automation.He has been working in qualifications management since 1990. At first, he was responsible for the basic and continuing professional training of skills in the technical area, including leadership, quality management and IT. From 2001 onwards, he has assumed full responsibility for Learning Management in Germany.
