After finishing his studies of higher education for Mathematics and Physics at the Potsdam University in 1989, Thilo stayed at the university teaching and researching Mathematical Analysis. In 1996 Thilo has received his PhD in natural sciences with a dissertation about “Parabolic Pseudodifferential Operators with Operator-Valued Symbols”.In 1998 Thilo joined SAP and has held several positions in SAP Education. He has worked as an instructor and course developer in the area of business programming, before he became the lead of the team that has been developing the current XML infrastructure for SAP. Currently, Thilo is heading the Knowledge Infrastructure Engineering team that is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying the technical infrastructure to produce and manage Knowledge Transfer Products from software documentation to training including assessments and certifications. This enables the industrialisation of content production and delivery within the Knowledge Productization Services of SAP Field Services. Thilo is 45 years old, married and has two children.
