Valentina Castello

Valentina Castello, degree in Economics and PHD in Health Care Management, is senior researcher and Innovation Department Head at Didagroup.Since 1999 she has been teaching Organisational behaviour and HRM at the University of L’Aquila. Since 1996 she has been involved in Luiss’ School of Management research projects regarding training and organisational development issues in private and public organisations. Since 1996 she has been involved in national and international research projects regarding training, technology enhanced learning and organisational development.In Didagroup, formed 2003, she has been gaining professional experience about project management and human resource management on projects applied to online education processes, eInclusion and technology enhanced learning.She is responsible for planning, organising and managing managerial blended training project, also for the international projects units.
