Gernold Frank is Professor for Human Resources and Organizational Behaviourat the Dept. of Economics, University of Applied Sciences Berlin (HTW Berlin; since1995). He is Program Director Bachelor International Business and head of TLTC –the universities eLearning competence center. He is co-founder and head of MasterLabour- and Human Resource-Management (launch: Oct 2010).Until 1994 he worked for the Dresdner Bank AG, D-Frankfurt on Main, CorporateCenter Personnel. Among other activities he was responsible for the creating andimplementation of a new company-wide appraisal system and he created an ownpersonnel development system for young professionals with high potential.
