Rolf Reinhardt

Rolf holds the degree of a Dipl.-Ing., as he is a graduated engineer in Media Technology specialized in Multimedia. He finished his studies in Germany and France with a thesis (with honours) on the subject of eLearning for Vocational Education and Training through at L’ORÉAL, Paris.

Rolf has worked for several lighthouse eLearning-projects as consultant and manager, has assisted in publishing houses and has extensive experience in the field of healthcare. He is experienced in organising seminars and workshops together with Fraunhofer IAO, the European Foundation for Quality in eLearning and others, dedicated to national and international audiences. Rolf has further done presentations and contributions for the ICDE/EADTU and the EDEN conference.

Specialized in Vocational Education and Training, Rolf has expertise in this field, specifically concerning quality management, controlling, learning management systems, training and competence management. He is familiar with different kind of approaches to measure the outcome of training activities such as the Learning Scorecard and EFQM.

In lectures Rolf gives at Universities, he promotes dissemination models in order to link research to practice. Rolf published several articles in eZines and journals on Vocational Education and Training, as well as as on performance measurement systems based on eLearning and management.
