Kjell Atle Halvorsen

Kjell Halvorsen was a teacher and administrator in Norwegian upper secondary school until 1992, when he became head of the Centre for Continuing Education at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).He has been head of the Network University and the Laboratory for ICT and Learning (NTNU) and played a central role in a number of innovative projects involving ICT in education.Mr Halvorsen currently coordinates the NTNU master’s degree programme in school leadership, where he teaches a module on ICT for school heads.
