Overall responsibilities: Research and development, evaluation and marketing of training media supporting in-company training. Research on the impact of information and communication technology for in - company training and continuing training. Development of training media, advising of training personnel in companies in using digital media for self-directed learning strategies. Development of transfer strategies to improve international knowledge sharing especially with Asian and African partners.
