Arnold Jung has more than fourteen years experience in all aspects of professional training management and development, customer consultancy and client relationship management. He is currently employed at SAP AG as Global Education Portfolio Manager and in his role he is responsible for managing the commercial education offerings for various customer and partner segments. Arnold Jung is also responsible for managing the global virtual live classroom program roll-out at SAP Education, a program that has been launched during 2008 to increase the flexibility for SAP partners and customers in gaining access to SAP knowledge. Arnold Jung has previously worked for IBM Germany in various consulting and sales roles advising customers on learning and collaboration strategies. Arnold Jung has recently completed an MBA degree from Henley Management College in the United Kingdom. Besides languages and cultural diversity, Arnold has a strong interest in the evolution of (adult) learning patterns.
