Cynan Houghton

Cynan Houghton is the Capacity Building Coordinator for Humanitarian Funding in Oxfam GB. While based in Oxford, his operational, capacity building, and audit/assurance stints in a range of countries have demonstrated clearly to Cynan that global organisations like Oxfam have much to gain from transforming their approach to learning and organisational development. And little to lose but frequent flyer miles! With the firm belief that enterprise needs and values should drive technological adoption (and not vice versa), Cynan has become an almost accidental e-learning evangelist as a result of the clearly tangible benefits of this approach to international NGOs.
