Bill Seretta

Mr. Seretta is President and co-founder of WHATIF NETWORKS, LLC, Portland, ME and Learning Networks & Virtual Town Hall.
WhatIf Networks specializes in the design, development, hosting and management of Web based collaboration systems, Learning Portals, customized ERP systems and wireless networks for education and government. WIN also provides consulting and contract services to colleges. WIN employs 17 full staff and several consultants. WIN has over 300 customers in the US, UK, Italy and Japan. Bill is currently serving as a contract CIO to American International College were he designed and managed the installation of a wireless network that provides high speed access from anywhere on campus. Bill serves on the Online Educa Advisory Committee and has made over 100 presentations at technology and online learning conferences in the US and Europe.  Bill holds a BA in Psychology and Anthropology, MEd in Education and an ABD in Education. He lives in Yarmouth, Maine and he is an avid fly fisherman.
