Stéphane Jacquemart has been working at the Public Research Centre Henri Tudor for 6 years. He is project manager and scientific coordinator on european and national projects related to e-learning and communities of practice. He received, among others, master degrees in Anthropology from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and in Educational Sciences from University Nancy2 (France). His main research interests are collaborative learning and technology enhanced learning. He has worked for the Belgian Ministry of Defence for 9 years as HR manager and consultant in organisation. He has also worked for 2 years as business manager for an IT services company based in Luxembourg.He has created a Community of Practice on e-learning in Luxembourg in 2005 and is now moderating it. He is a luxemburgish expert within ISO/IEC JTC1 SC36 which elaborates standards in the field of IT in Learning, Education and Training and is member of the board of directors of ANSIL, Association de Normalisation pour la Société de l'Information Luxembourg.
