Jan is an independent consultant working on a range of Executive Development projects including: research into the Executive Development Industry in Europe, establishing a network of independent expert consultants, and the use of Second Life as a development platform.
He was previously Director of Corporate Services at EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development), and Professor and Associate Director for Executive Education at ESADE Business School.
He has been involved in both CEL and UNIQUe accreditation processes for e-Learning.
