Cristopher Kjaer

Christopher Kjær holds a position as E-learn Project Coordinator at the University of Southern Denmark. His current responsibilities are training, idea development with and pedagogical support of teachers in relation to the application of e-learning and dissemination of results. Mr. Kjær has a MA degree in Psychology and Educational Studies and taught as part time lecturer at the University of Southern Denmark, at the Institute of Business Communication and Information Science from 2006-2008. In addition, Mr. Kjær is finishing his Ph.d.-project with the title Work-based Learning in Global Organizations - global online lessons as support for local project work. The project investigates how we can understand and design learning processes based on on-line (global) learning activities and local project work in global organizations.
