Walter Kugemann

Born in 1944, Psychologist, founder and director (retired in 2009) Innovation in Learning Institute University Erlangen- Nuremburg, the oldest and most international research body in system’s educational innovations in Germany, introducing first internet access to citizens in central Europe, MENON Vice- President, Member Board of Directors EFQUEL, President Association New Technologies and Learning in Europe, EDEN Senior Fellow, manager of international projects and authors of several papers and publication.
