Arturo Lavalle
Arturo Lavalle earned a degree in Modern Languages and Literatures at the University of Cassino, Italy. After having attended the university he made two master courses, one in Economy and Management of Cultural Heritage at the Università Tor Vergata of Rome and the other in Project Cycle Management at the CNR, the Italian National Research Council.He is currently working at the International Relations Office of Università Telematica Guglielmo Marconi where, beside the ordinary activity of that department, he regularly takes part in the drawing up of projects responding to European and International Call for Proposals. He is also involved in the promotion and advance of the Association GUIDE – Global Universities in Distance Education and in the running and administration of M-blog 2009, a blog/platform on international development and open, distance and flexible learning.
