Damian McDonald

Damian McDonald is the Learning Technology Manager for Kaplan Open Learning, one of the leading providers of online degrees and professional training courses in the UK, where his responsibilities include working in close partnership with Pearson to design, develop and implement cutting edge learning and teaching solutions.Prior to joining Kaplan, Damian was a leading member of the Virtual Learning Environment implementation team at the University of Leeds, a lecturer in Film and Television at Leeds Metropolitan University, and one of the pioneers of e-learning at the University of York, where he still maintains his lectureship in Creative Writing.
