Caroline Moore is Director of Constellata Limited, and specialises in consultancy, training and product development for digital language learning for publishers and course providers internationally. Before starting the company Caroline held senior level posts at the British Council where she founded its successful websites LearnEnglish and Teaching English, and led its IT and elearning functions in its English and Exams division.
She has a long standing interest in language learning technologies, is a former coordinator of IATEFL’s Learning Technology SIG, has an MA in Second Language Learning and Teaching, was recently awarded an MBA with Distinction at Cass Business School.
Caroline is a judge of the English Speaking Union's President's Award for innovation and good design in the use of technology for English Language learning, and regularly comments on this area in the UK media.
