Mary Moss (BA(Hons), DipTESOL, M.Ed Tech.) is a Programme Director in the Digital Learning team, leading on technology and informal learning, digital engagement and inclusion. Her work has included research into incentives for practitioners and learners in online and blended learning, investigations and action research in media literacy and the use of social media tools to enhance learning.  She is currently managing the transnational work in the WEA led Digital Activists Inclusion Network and the NIACE involvement in the national Community Learning Champions Support Programme.  Many of her projects have involved the creation of materials and resources for use in teaching and learning and training adult educators.Prior to joining NIACE, Mary worked for a variety of organisations, including a regeneration partnership in South Manchester, Manchester Adult Education Service and the Workers Educational Association (WEA).  She has a teaching background, first in ESOL/EFL and then in ICT.Publications:(2009, NIACE) McKeown, S.
