Oscar Odhiambo Omondi

Oscar Omondi is an ICT officer in the Ministry of Information and Communications-Kenya.He has a master’s degree in Msc.InformationTechnology, Strathmore University-Kenya with a speciality in Information Systems Management and a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology-Kenya.Mr.Omondi intrest is in the use of ICT systems in the area of education and more particularly the implementation of elearning platforms and has presented a paper in the ICT International Conference, Strathmore University-Kenya on the interactiveness and usability of elearning platforms in Kenya universities and also hosted a knowledge sharing session on elarning platforms at the eLearning Africa Conference 2010.Mr Omondi is a member of the Information Technology for Learning and Education committee –Kenya Bureau of Standards, Kenya.
