Tony White
Allianz SE, Germany
Tony White is Global Head of Allianz University (AllianzU) a position he has held since July 2017.
He joined Allianz SE in November 2016 as the Head of the Group People Development team prior to the appointment into his current role. He is responsible for the implementation and setup of the new Allianz University (AllianzU) to support the Global learning and Leadership development programs and systems.
Prior to joining the Allianz SE he worked for Allianz Global Investors as the Head of L&D and Talent management for Europe which he joined from Coca Cola Enterprises. In this role he was responsible for the implementation of a Learning Management System, introducing new and innovative approaches to learning for the business and developing the social recruitment aspect of the talent management process. Latterly he performed the role of the Head of Talent management (globally), which involved leading the annual talent management process, graduate recruitment, Annual Engagement Survey, and the AllianzGI end of year people processes.
He holds a Diploma in Electronic Engineering and is a graduate of Sheffield University, where he received his Master’s Degree in Education, Training and Development. Tony is also a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Training and Development (FIITD).
Helge Lippert
Vice President Human Resources - Head of Learning and Development, Hilti Corporation, Liechtenstein
Dr. Helge Lippert is Head of Learning & Development (HQ) in the Hilti Corporation located in Liechtenstein.
He has 30 years work experience within small family businesses and globally operating organizations. Within Hilti he was part of the team that changed the learner experience towards self-learning within many internal training programs. This approach was so well perceived that the concepts are now rolled out in several other European countries. In the current role is one of his core responsibilities the delivery of digital learning solutions for the 1800 headquarter employees.
Henrietta Palmer
TUI GROUP, UK
Henrietta has over 20 years of experience of delivering digital learning solutions. First working as an Account Manager, then as an Account Director with key clients in the travel industry, financial services, NHS and the UK Public sector. For the past 12 years she has worked in a number of digital learning roles at TUI defining and driving the digital learning strategy and is currently the Learning Solutions Manager. She started at TUI with just one programme and a blank sheet of paper. TUI now has individual teams focussing on operational needs and her team works at a strategic level on complex learning requirements that need a digital solution. This has led her to launching two award winning AI driven learning programmes.

Donald H. Taylor
Chairman, Chair, Learning Technologies Conference Track, UK
Donald H Taylor is a 25 year veteran of the learning, skills and human capital industries, with experience at every level from design and delivery to chairman of the board. He has been chairman of the Learning and Performance Institute since 2010.
A recognised commentator and organiser in the fields of workplace learning and learning technologies, Donald is passionately committed to helping develop the learning and development profession.
His background ranges from training delivery to director and vice-president positions in software companies. Donald has been a company director and shareholder for three companies through start up, growth and acquisition.
He is an influential writer and speaker in the fields of the professional development of L&D and of technology-supported learning. He was the 2007 recipient of the Colin Corder award for services to training and has chaired the Learning Technologies Conference since 2000. He also chairs the Learning and Skills Group, hosting its bi-weekly webinar programme, and edits Inside Learning Technologies Magazine. He is a graduate of Oxford University and in 2016 was awarded an honorary doctorate by Middlesex University in recognition of his work developing the L&D profession.
